... A Flood Warning remains in effect until 430 PM EST Wednesday for
Guernsey... Monroe... Muskingum... Belmont... Noble... Ohio... Wetzel and
Marshall counties...

* at 855 am EST, radar continued to show thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Multiple Road closures have
been reported by emergency management officials. Conditions are
likely to worsen over the next several hours with multiple periods
of moderate to heavy rain are likely.

Flooding... already occuring.

Estimated rainfall... observed 6 hour totals range between 1.0
and 1.75 inches of rain so far this morning.

Additional rainfall... between 1 and 2 inches of additional rain
will be possible the remainder of the day.

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of western Maryland, east
central Ohio, southwest Pennsylvania, and West Virginia has been
cancelled. Localized high water may still remain in some areas but
widespread heavy rain has ended and any standing water should
begin to recede slowly.

* Impacts... gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
