Coastal Flood Statement

... Minor tidal flooding possible tonight and Thursday morning... with minor
flooding likely Thursday night into early Friday...

* location: ocean side of the lower Maryland Eastern Shore
shore... Bay and ocean side of the lower Virginia shore including
tidal rivers.

* Timing: approaching minor flood thresholds with the high tide
cycle this evening and again Thursday morning. Water levels are
likely to exceed minor flood thresholds late Thursday evening to
early Friday morning. An upgrade to a coastal Flood Advisory is
likely later Thursday.

* Impacts: inundation of water in and near low-lying coastal areas
could lead to Road closures and flooding of property... especially
by the Thursday evening into early Friday morning high tide
cycle.
