... A Flood Warning remains in effect until 500 PM EST Wednesday for
Garrett... southern Washington... southern Westmoreland... Greene...
Fayette... Monongalia... eastern Wetzel... northern Tucker... Preston and
Marion counties...

* at 959 am EST, radar showed a line of thunderstorms quickly moving
east and resulting in heavy rain across the warned area. Locations
could see an additional 1/2 inch fall in 30 minutes or less.
Multiple Road closures have already been reported by emergency
management officials. Conditions are likely to worsen over the
next several hours with multiple periods of moderate to heavy rain
likely.

Flooding... already occuring.

Estimated rainfall... between 1 and 2 inches has already fallen

additional rainfall... up to 1 inch.

average temperature was 40.6 degrees which is 9.5 degrees above the
normal average temperature of 31.1 degrees. The maximum temperature
did not exceed 90 degrees. The minimum temperature dropped below 32

precipitation fell during the period which is 0.93 inches below the
